I've been regularly doing Yoga since 2012. The benefits I felt soon after beginning to practice motivated me to keep Yoga as a regular activity. Due to its focus on the deep interconnections between our feelings, thoughts and body, Yoga became essential in keeping my life healthy and joyful.
In 2012 I started learning Hatha yoga and I graduated from the teacher's training course by Himalaya school in 2013.
In 2014 I met by chance the Master Walter Triak Ruta, who is giving the opportunity to improve and learn this science of the soul called Yoga by the teaching of Swami Satchidananda Yogi of Mandras.
Through teaching I wish passing on with generosity the benefits of Yoga.
